For a good number of months I have wanted to share a series of dreams I have had that concern happenings that indicate we are in the midst of the birth pains (period of sorrows) of the end times. I have been hesitant to do so for several reasons, but with the recent hurricanes an appropriate time has arrived.

Before beginning to share these particular dreams, I wish to emphasize the following:

1) Before I surrendered and committed the rest of my life to serving and obeying Jesus Christ, October 2, 2001, I was not experiencing visions, dreams, dreams with messages, and messages from God. There are two exceptions, hearing the audible voice of God call out my name, which for the first time happened about seven months before surrendering my heart and life to Jesus, and, the dream I had some 20 years ago that the Holy Spirit provided the meaning of to me in October of 2004. That particular dream and its meaning are provided in the hand out God’s Planned Purpose for Gariel Ministries.

2) Throughout God’s Word, we find example upon example of how God uses visions, dreams, and messages that are either audible or delivered by the ‘still small voice’ of the Holy Spirit to bring messages to His children. God is using this very same method as He uses me as a vessel for the delivery of messages during these end times. From very early on, I had the strong impression that God wanted to use me as a messenger. This realization was instilled in me before God revealed His overall ministry plan to me

Dream: Wars and Rumors of Wars-Nation Against Nation, Kingdom Against Kingdom

Matthew 24: 6-8: And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, see that ye be not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes in diverse places. All these are the beginning of sorrows KJV (or- beginning of birth pains NIV)

One week prior to the commencement of the War with Iraq in March of 2003, I had this dream:

The dream begins with my having to go to a certain town or city for a meeting or event. At first, I am walking uphill and seem to be looking for a particular meeting place or home. After wondering around for a while, I appear to be walking through an area that is like a plaza where people gather. Four men who are young, small in stature, and look like they are Middle Easterners begin to follow me. The strong sense I feel is that these men want to rape me. Then, I am stabbed with a knife.

Suddenly the scene shifts and in vivid bright colors I see about six to eight stubby looking men lying dead on the ground, some with knives in them. What is astonishing about this scene is that they are dressed in biblical times war costumes. (Like what you might see in a movie depicting a war scene from the Bible.) Another astonishing thing is each one appears to be wearing war clothing with a different color pattern. The colors I saw were primarily red, blue and yellow.

At the time of this dream, I was reading the Book of Isaiah. From Isaiah, God quickened many passages that pertain to the 1000-year reign of Jesus on this earth. The Holy Spirit also quickened these passages that I believe pertain to the War with Iraq and beyond – nation against nation, kingdom against kingdom

Isaiah 13:4-6 Listen, a noise on the mountains, like that of a great multitude! Listen, an uproar among the kingdoms, like nations massing together! The Lord Almighty is mustering an army for war. They come from faraway lands, from the ends of the heavens the Lord and the weapons of his wrath to destroy the whole country (prophecy against Babylon-Iraq is located in what was the original Babylon). Wait for the Day of the Lord is near; it will come like destruction from the Almighty. NIV

Isaiah 48: 14b-15 The Lord’s chosen ally will carry out His purpose against Babylon; His arm will be against the Babylonians. I, even I, have spoken; yes, I have called him. I will bring him, and he will succeed in his mission. NIV

I have such a strong sense and belief that God is pointing out at least these three things:

1) I believe the War with Iraq is a part of God’s End Time Plan. I believe it is a piece of the process in the setting up for final end time events.

2) I believe that the United States is actually included in prophecy. Because of the timing of this quickening to me, I sincerely believe God is saying President George Bush (the United States) is His chosen ally and will succeed in the mission God has prepared for Him.

3) I truly believe God is pointing out that we are in the stages of God’s Plan that are described by Jesus in the Mount of Olives Discourse provided to His disciples concerning the signs of the End of the Age shared above in Matthew 24:6-8 and in Luke 21:9-11.

Luke: 21:9-11 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified, for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. Then said He (Jesus) unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and great earthquakes shall be in diverse places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. KJV

Almost exactly one year later in March of 2004, I believe it was early Thursday morning, March 18, I had this dream:

I am peering out a lower level window into the night sky when I see orange-colored round-shaped designs appearing in various places in the sky. As I am attempting to determine what I am watching, a formation appears closer and one of its parts separates from the formation allowing me to see that it is an angel and that the formations appearing are made up of angels.

Then a large gray rectangular shaped cloud appears in the sky in full view directly in front of me. It seems as if smoke is coming out from the right hand side of the cloud. Then, a huge hand comes out from behind the cloud. I knew instantly it was the Hand of God.

When I first started looking out the window, I was the only one doing so, as the dream progresses a few others start to also peer out the window.

When I awakened from this dream, I felt shaken. I was shaken because I know we are in the end times, but it was as if God wanted to bring this message home loud and clear, into the depths of understanding. Yes, Lord Jesus I definitely know and understand that we are more than knee deep into the days leading up to the End of the Age, the end of God’s putting up with the sinfulness and disobedience of humankind. His great holiness demands His Eternal Plan be accomplished!

Part of being so shaken by this dream is that it brought into my mind the events described in Chapter 6 of the Book of Revelation and in Chapter 24 in the Book of Matthew. These events set into place the timing for the “Removal of The Church” (the Rapture) and the beginning of the “Great Day of the Lord” (period of God’s wrath). In upcoming newsletters, the series of dreams with messages that fit with these passages will be shared with you. At this time, I am introducing the text of these passages for you to ponder upon. I want to emphasize time and time again that God is very literal! God means what He says and says what He means in His Word! The Holy Spirit spoke these words of wisdom to me: “Believe God’s Word, not man’s word”. In the Mount of Olives Discourse, Jesus literally tells us in sequential order, like a, b, c, d, e . . ., what to expect.

Matthew 24: 29-31 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man (Jesus) coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And He shall send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet and they shall gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. KJV (This is the timing of the Removal of The Church and with it the commencement of the Great Day of the Lord.)

Revelation 6: 12-17 And I beheld when He (Jesus) had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; and the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains. And said to the mountains and rocks, fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth on the Throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; For the great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand. KJV (The opening of the first five seals involve the period of great tribulation and Revelation chapter 7 explains the sealing of 144,000 from the 12 tribes of Israel to protect them from Satan’s fury and the period of God’s wrath, and, the “Removal of The Church” just prior to the beginning of the period of God’s wrath and judgment (Great Day of the Lord). This will be explained more fully in upcoming letters.

Another reason for my feeling shaken from this dream is the question that entered my mind, which was: Have we advanced this far already in God’s End Time Plan? The answer is no, not yet. There are still a sizeable number of happenings that must occur before “The Church is Removed” and the “Great Day of the Lord” begins. We are about to or will soon enter into the period of great tribulation, which is not the same as the “Great Day of the Lord.”

Thus far, events such as the tsunami of December 26, 2004, the recent powerful hurricanes, Katrina and Rita, along with the sizeable number of famines and earthquakes in diverse places we continually hear about are intended to serve as wake up calls to “The ‘sleeping’ Church.” God is calling out to us.

When I first started looking out the window, I was the only one doing so, as the dream progresses a few others start to also peer out the window.

We all need to wake up! Not just a few of God’s children. We need to become prepared, be alert, be watchful, be steadfast in God’s Word thus becoming ready for what lies ahead. Please know that the execution of God’s End Time Plan is underway and it will not be stopped, it will not be put on hold, it will continue until God’s Eternal Plan is fully in place.

First, and foremost, each of us must be sure we are in a right relationship with Jesus Christ. A sizeable portion of upcoming letters will be devoted to this all-important need. The need to personally know Jesus and walk in a rock solid relationship with Him!

In the Mount of Olives Discourse, pestilences are included in the “ beginning of sorrows”. As I have been experiencing the prompting of the Holy Spirit to resume writing these letters, by no coincidence about one month ago, God orchestrated a meeting and discussion. A missionary couple and friend stopped in at the Mayoview History Center. While the two women were visiting the Center, John came across the hallway into Gariel Ministries to check to see if we had a certain electronic item. John is associated with Ameva Mission doing work in Chegutu, Zimbabwe. He is a missionary from England, so we talked for a while about the sad crumbling of Christianity in England. Then, he told me that he operates a school with about 400 students in Chegutu. He tried hard to impress upon me the devastating effects AIDS has had on that country. He pointed out that it seems as if America chooses to ignore what is happening there and is ignoring these suffering people. He said hundreds of people die each and every week from AIDS. In a short period of time, this country of about 10 million people will have included in this number over 2 million children who have been orphaned due to the horrible consequences of this sin-caused plaque (pestilence).

There was a reason why this conversation occurred. At the present time, it seems apparent to me that I was to receive this information and to pass on to those reading this newsletter the reality that this pestilence is a sign of the end times.

On December 27 of 2003 I experienced this:

I was staying with my daughter to help her out because this was right after the birth of my grandson Anwar. It was right at 12 a.m. that I dozed off and had this very fast simple dream. I experienced the rapture. Actually, all I saw was similar to what you would might see in a movie - you stand on a transport spot and swoosh you are transported elsewhere. In an instant, I experienced and saw the swoosh. I did not feel anything except I knew I was on my way to meet Jesus. Soon I awakened and it was only 12:07 or 12:08 a.m. on December 27^th.

I had not been thinking about the rapture. My mind was on my grandson and helping out with the nightly periods of him being awake. I have pondered about this dream. At that time, what came into my mind was the timing involved in this dream. The birth of Jesus is celebrated on December 25. This would put the timing in the dream to be very very early on the third day of His birth. What I consider to be significant is that many Bible scholars say we are now into the 3^rd day of Jesus Christ. I agree.

(Also, it is believed we are in or entering into God’s 7^th day - the day of rest, and, just to point out, there is no 8^th day. According to the genealogies found in God’s Word, the creation of Adam and Eve occurred almost exactly 6,000 years ago, thus the 6^th day has or almost has passed.)

What this dream may well be pointing to is the actual timing of the rapture, which would be very early on this 3^rd day of Jesus Christ. This makes sense to me. I believe it is something significant to ponder on. It certainly seems to support this discussion of our truly being well into end time events.

From Creation (Original) to Creation (New)

Focus on Genesis Chapters 1-11 – these chapters form the very foundation of everything contained in the God’s Word. Fostering a mindset that places God’s Word as the truth and the place to both start and end will be a major emphasis in upcoming letters and is at the very heart of this ministry. (Where or as needed, example upon example will be provided that supports the literal truth of the Genesis account of Creation.)

Focus on Jesus Christ – Mankind’s and this creation’s literal Alpha and Omega. Helping to guide souls into a saving, intimate, personal relationship with Jesus that provides the assurance of spending eternity in the presence of God is the most important focus of this ministry. Jesus is the all sufficient and ONLY Way to eternal life.

Focus on the Holy Spirit – Working to remove the limitations placed upon the work of the Holy Spirit in our churches and among Christians is a key emphasis.

Focus on Revelation – Walking through end time prophecy and sharing revelations - dreams, dreams with messages, visions and messages-provided by the Holy Spirit is key. Preparing people for what is coming. Preparing souls for the New Creation –as the first Earth and Heaven are passing away.
